COMPLAINT
Civil No.: AW 11 €V 2075
(Leave blank. To befilled in by Court.)
1. Jurisdiction in this case is based on:
lZl Diversity (none of the defendants are residents of the state where plaintiff is a
resident)
lZl Federal question (suit is based upon a federal statute or provision of the United
States Constitution)
D Other (explain) _
Complaint (Rev. 12/2000)
Case 8:11-cv-02075-AW Document 1 Filed 07/28/11 Page 1 of 3
2. The facts of this case are:
The defendants used threat and extortion tactics to try and convince
the plaintiff to withdraw his lawsuit filed in Prince George's County Circuit Court.
The defendant's used contract fraud to optionally remove the plaintiffs books
from the market while still continuing what appears to be a seven year
global sales of the plaintiff's books through third party retailers while
neglecting to pay the plaintiff royalties that would have made the plaintiff
a 50/50 partner in all revenue per specific contractual agreement between
the plaintiff and the defendants.
The plaintiffs wife and children were amongst those threatened by Victor E. Cretella III
through his PublishAmerica phone, email account and corporate letterhead.
The defendants are still selling the plaintiff's books globally through third party retailers almost eie
after fraudulently terminating the plaintiff's contrast in a manner that is specifically
noted in said contracts as being in contrast to to the authorized termination process of said contract
The defendant's refuse to answer questions concerning the factors of plaintiff contention
and complaint.
PublishAmerica is a print on demand book publisher who only prints purchased orders
regarding third party retailers.
