Did you know that the attraction of living at Whiteplains is that it is built along an airstrip? Most houses have a built-on hanger and all houses have easy access to the runway.
The idea is to live close to your aircraft and have your own runway.
Guess who are the only residents who do not own an aircraft? Yes, Willem and Alice live on an airfield but do not have an aircraft.
Does that seem strange to anyone other than me? People generally move as far away from airports and landing strips as they can.
